This Albany Park "Park" model sectional is brand new directly from the manufacturer. I was able to get a fantastic deal as they are moving their operations from Texas to California, so I am passing the savings onto you. This couch retails for around $2200.00 and comes in four boxes that are easy to move. The cushions are very comfortable balancing a cloud-cotton feel with a mild firm tension and a modern look.
These will be delivered in the box and assembly is up to the buyer. If you need it to be assembled, please reference the "assembly" add on below that will be due at the time of delivery via cash, Venmo, or Paypal.
Assembly Cost - $75
We will set up the couch and haul away the cardboard with this white glove assembly service. Pay in person with cash, venmo, or paypal at the time of delivery.
