The couch is in excellent condition from a pet-friendly, smoke-free home. It is 2-3 years old. Each piece measures around 35 inches. As shown, it measures 115 x 115. You can rearrange it however desired.

Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay).
No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included.
Garage/covered drop-off is free.
Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer.
