This leather modern couch is a beautiful piece for your home. From a pet-friendly, smoke-free home, it measures 120x70 inches. The leather is high quality and in great shape. Note: one arm has some scrapes from a dog's small feet. See the photos.

Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay).
No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included.
Garage/covered drop-off is free.
Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer.
