This sectional is in great condition and comes in six pieces. It is from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. It is modular and can be set up however you want. The corner pieces are around 35 inches wide and the middle pieces are closer to 30, so you will have to add up however you want to arrange them. There is some light staining on on of the arms.
🚚 Delivery Policy (Updated 8/26/25): Free delivery = to your home. Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay). No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included. Garage/covered drop-off is free. Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer. 📏 Buyer must measure — if it doesn’t fit, resale is your responsibility.
