this couch measures around 95 inches and is from a pet-friendly home. It has a pullout bed and storage in the chaise. The pullout portion and the chaise have some mild stains we don't have time to buff out, so this couch is your for a great deal. The couch does not smell, but the previous owner did smoke outside the house. Again, no strong smells.

Free delivery = to your home. Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay). No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included. Garage/covered drop-off is free. Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer. 📏 Buyer must measure — if it doesn’t fit, resale is your responsibility.
