This sectional is in great condition and comes in two large pieces and two small pieces. It is from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. This couch measures 100x125x70 as shown and comes with an ottoman with storage. W`e have cleaned it and there are some light stains on the left side. The pictures have it darker than they are due to washing right before the photos.
🚚 Delivery Policy (Updated 8/26/25): Free delivery = to your home. Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay). No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included. Garage/covered drop-off is free. Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer. 📏 Buyer must measure — if it doesn’t fit, resale is your responsibility.
