This couch measures 130x95 inches and is from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. It is in great condition and comes in two pieces with a large matching ottoman. The cushions and all have removable and washable covers. The couch is very clean!

Free delivery = to your home. Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay). No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included. Garage/covered drop-off is free. Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer. 📏 Buyer must measure — if it doesn’t fit, resale is your responsibility.
